Reify Calling firmly believes that the major element of its strength lies in its human resource. We encourage our employees to strive and realize their optimum potential. Intense planning is done to determine Reify Calling's present and future demands. We evaluate consistently; the abilities and performance of individuals in view to identifying the promising potential for future developments. The assessment is done with the help of Assessment Centers, 360 degree feedback and PMS (Performance Management System) against a competency model which has been drawn up for Reify Calling. The development is fuelled by MDPs.
Reify Calling pledges to provide all major opportunities for the deserving employees to realize their career aspirations. The growth can be vertical, horizontal or cross-functional depending upon the opportunities thrown up during the course of business. However, Reify Calling does not focus on time bound career progression through the grade system without change in the responsibilities of the individual in a major way.
Criteria
Our criteria is fairly simple. Our main motto in the selection process is the "Intelligence Quotient". Candidates appearing in an interview must pass through a IQ-Test designed to test the IQ of the professionals. All professionals who score at least 50% move further for a “Technical Round". We have designed it very simple and is primarily based on the study or experience a candidate acquires. The last round of the interview is the "Human Resource". Once done with these the candidate is offered a position of an employee (remember we hire only employees and no consultants).
Minimum Education Qualification
Candidates appearing for any kind of professional interviews must hold a graduate degree. If the candidate is not a graduate; he / she will not be entertained.
